Angela C. Cooper, MA, LPC
Angela is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has more than twenty years experience in the delivery of behavioral and mental health services in a variety of contexts, including residential treatment, school districts, community-based corrections, and community-based mental health services.  She has worked with a variety of issues across the lifespan with particular interest in trauma among children and adolescents.

H. Stephen Cooper, MSW, PhD, LCSW
Steve is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has more than twenty-five years experience with behavioral health, mental health and social services in a variety of roles, including direct services, case management, administration, program development and evaluation.  In terms of direct service, Steve has worked primarily with children and adolescents in community-based and residential treatment.  He also has experience with older adults in long-term care facilities. As for program development and evaluation, he has been involved with local efforts to develop regional networks to improve the delivery of mental health services.  Two such examples are the Rural East Texas Health Network (RETHN) and the East Texas Coalition for Mental Health Recovery (ETCMHR).  His experience with mental health recovery and the evaluation of mental health grant programs led to inclusion in the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health's directory of evaluators.  Finally, Steve has extensive experience in undergraduate and graduate social work education and has presented and published in his areas of interest, especially rural social work and mental health.
