Angela C. Cooper, MA, LPC
Angela is a Counselor and Managing Member. She has more than fifteen years experience in the delivery of behavioral and mental health services in a variety of contexts, including residential treatment, school districts, community-based corrections, and community-based mental health services.  She has worked with a variety of issues across the lifespan with particular interest in trauma among children and adolescents.

Sheri Mullican, MA, LPC
Sheri is a Counselor and has more than fifteen years experience in the delivery of mental health services in a variety of contexts, including behavioral pain management, private practice, higher education, and community-based mental health services. She has worked with a variety of issues across the lifespan with particular interest in substance abuse and chemical dependency.

Anna C. Donihoo, MFA, MSW, LCSW
Anna is a Clinical Social Worker and has more than seven years experience in the delivery of behavioral and mental health services in a variety of contexts, including residential treatment, schools, and hospice. She has worked with a variety of issues across the lifespan with particular interest in grief, loss and art-based therapeutic interventions.

Judith Ann Cooper, MS, LPC, LMFT
Judith is a Counselor and has more than twenty-five years experience in the
delivery of behavioral and mental health services in a variety of contexts, including inpatient treatment, residential treatment, private practice, and schools. She has worked with a variety of issues across the lifespan with particular interest in child and adolescent trauma and art-based therapeutic interventions.

Program development and evaluation



H. Stephen Cooper, MSW, PhD, LCSW, LCCA
Steve is a Clinical Social Worker, Consultant, and Managing Member. He has more than twenty years experience with behavioral health, mental health and social services in a variety of roles, including direct services, case management, administration, program development and evaluation.  In terms of direct service, Steve has worked primarily with children and adolescents in community-based and residential treatment.  He also has experience with older adults in long-term care facilities. As for program development and evaluation, he has been involved with local efforts to develop regional networks to improve the delivery of mental health services.  Two such examples are the Rural East Texas Health Network (RETHN) and the East Texas Coalition for Mental Health Recovery (ETCMHR).  His experience with mental health recovery and the evaluation of mental health grant programs led to inclusion in the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health's directory of evaluators.  Finally, Steve has extensive experience in undergraduate and graduate social work education and has presented and published in his areas of interest, especially rural social work and mental health.

Freddie L. Avant, MSW, PhD, LMSW-AP, ACSW,

Freddie is a Social Worker and Consultant. He has more than thirty years experience
with behavioral health, mental health and social services in a variety of roles, including direct services, administration, program development and evaluation.  In terms of direct service, Freddie has worked primarily in residential and community-based programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). He has extensive experience in program development and evaluation, including local efforts to develop regional networks to improve the delivery of mental health services (RETHN and ETCMHR). His experience with mental health recovery and the evaluation of mental health grant programs led to inclusion in the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health's directory of evaluators.  Finally, Freddie has extensive experience in undergraduate and graduate social work education and has presented and published in his areas of interest, especially rural social work and leadership.
